A successful project starts with the right team. It’s the most important aspect of each and every real estate development and construction project. The team needs to have the knowledge and experience to get the job done. They also need to have trust in one another and to be able to convey accountability among its members.

The three main team members are Kincaid Building Group, the owner and the architect. As part of the process, Kincaid Building Group provides the necessary leadership to make sure that everyone on the team understands the objectives, the scope of the project and the critical milestones that need to be achieved before moving on to the next stage. We help our clients and the team form and agree on a shared vision for the project and achieve consensus on moving the project forward.

At this stage we create a comprehensive project document that addresses all aspects of the project.

The ultimate goal of this stage is to ensure that the project is indeed feasible while still providing the opportunity to adjust elements of the project that have an impact on the overall success. We do this in an “open book” process of project transparency. This process empowers the team to do so effectively and efficiently.

At this stage, the team is moving to finalization of construction documents, financing packages, incentives, total project cost and a construction schedule for commencement and completion. When this step is completed, everyone involved will have a clear picture of how the project is going to move forward and confidence that it will be completed successfully.
