WHAT WE DID
Construction of new Townhouses on the West Village Development Site. The project is built on a compound angle on Hillcrest and had complex site elevations for the retaining walls, exterior stairs, porch pads, garage entrances and existing roadways.
Working with the Developer Kincaid Building Group brought the second phase in under budget and came up with solutions to raise the overall ceiling heights of inside the spaces with no cost to the developer. This high-end residential housing is a great option for those looking for urban living in the Lansing Region.
