WHAT WE DID


This urban brownfield redevelopment in Lansing’s REO Town was an Ingham County Land Bank owned, tax foreclosed property that we brought back life using a ‘raw’ finished approach to the building’s aesthetic. This development brought New Horizons to downtown Lansing and more co-working space with the addition of CO: Space.
